Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returning Products

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The product is unused.
• The product is in its original packaging.
• All accessories and documentation are included.
• The product is in a resalable condition.

Please contact us before returning any items so that we can provide return instructions.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect item or a product that has been damaged during delivery, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless defective:

• Products that have been opened or used.
• Custom or special-order items.
• Gift cards (if applicable).

Refunds

Once your returned item has been inspected and approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

Where the return is due to an incorrect or defective product supplied by Colourful Designs, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

For returns due to a change of mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Our returns process complies with the applicable provisions of the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
